A fun-filled afternoon of Easter themed activities is planned for Children aged between 5 and 11 years old (other ages are considered by request).

The session will take place on Tuesday 26^th March from 1.00pm till 4.00pm at Thornborough Hall, Leyburn.

The Oak Room located next to Leyburn Library will become a hub of activity including creative play, giant games, an Easter egg hunt, arts and crafts and more.

“Thornborough Hall is a great community facility for indoor and outdoor play. I keep discovering fun places to hide Easter Eggs!” said events coordinator Jennifer Saggers, “We have lots of exciting things planned for families to take part in.”

Registration costs £15 per child which includes healthy snacks and Easter Egg Hunt.

The activity day is part of a new initiative to support families during school holidays and offer a year-round programme of affordable events and activities. The Easter Holiday activity session is part of a pilot aimed at engaging younger Children to take part in creative activities.
